This is an ultra-rare, one-piece 50mm thick slab that has been expertly handcrafted and finished, showcasing beautiful burr character, flowing live edges, and subtle black resin detailing throughout.

Made from a single oversized slab of English Pippy Burr Oak, this table features dramatic grain movement, dense clusters of burr, rich colour variation, and an organic live edge that preserves the natural contours of the tree.

This is not mass-produced furniture. Every stage of the build is completed entirely by hand, using traditional woodworking methods. Natural features within the burr oak have been stabilised and subtly enhanced using black epoxy resin, adding depth, contrast and long-term structural integrity. The tabletop is hand-sanded and finished with premium oils to enrich the grain and protect the wood for years to come.

Measuring 3 metres in length and varying from 120cm to 130cm in width along the live edges, this extraordinary piece comfortably seats 10 to 12 people. With its sculptural natural edges and bold presence, it is a true centrepiece for open-plan kitchens, dining rooms, luxury homes or design-led offices.

From an Ultra-Rare Log – Only 14 Slabs in Existence

This slab comes from a single, exceptionally rare oak log that produced only fourteen boards, each measuring up to 3.5m long and 130cm wide. We currently hold the entire log in stock.
