What we make
For homes, hotels, restaurants and offices
We make bespoke solid wood tables, worktops and steel bases for interior designers, architects and commercial fit-outs. Everything is cut to your drawings and built in our workshop in Wickford, Essex.
Dining, conference and boardroom tables
Live edge or straight edge, made to the millimetre from one or two book-matched slabs. We can embed a company logo in the surface of a conference table.
Reception desks, bars and pub tables
Statement pieces for hotels, restaurants, offices and showrooms, with live edges wherever you want them and square edges against walls.
Kitchen islands and worktops
Solid wood islands and worktops with live edges, finished to take daily use.
Coffee tables, side tables and benches
Matching pieces cut from the same log as the main table, so the grain and colour carry across a room.
Custom steel legs and bases
Fabricated by our own team to any size or design, every weld ground smooth, and powder coated in any RAL colour. Also sold on their own for your own tops.
Live edge shelving
Floating shelves and countertops made to measure, with hidden brackets. Heavy-duty brackets take up to 150kg.

Nothing is off the shelf. Tell us the dimensions, edge style, finish and leg design, and we build to that.
Timber with a history
We can tell you each slab’s age, where it grew, when it was felled and how it was seasoned. Slabs are kiln-dried to 8% moisture or below, so they stay stable in heated interiors.
Choose the actual slab
Your client can pick the slab we use, which matters when the table is the centrepiece of a scheme.
Steel made in-house
Bases are fabricated to fit the top from heavy box section, like our 100mm × 100mm, 4mm-thick Shapeshifter legs. Every weld is ground so the base reads as one piece.
Quick turnaround
Custom tables currently take 4–5 weeks. In-stock tables and stocked steel art legs can go out much sooner.
Delivered and installed
Our own team delivers and sets the piece in place.
Woods and finishes
Timber chosen slab by slab
English elm
Heavy and dense, with wild grain, knots and sapwood along the edges. Two slabs make a top up to 1.3m wide, three up to 1.5m.
French oak
Consistent grain and colour, natural or stained to walnut. Each top comes from a single tree.
American black walnut
Dark and rich. We source ultra-wide slabs, so tops can be two or three slabs wide.
Burr oak
Swirling grain and clustered knots. Single slabs sometimes over 1.5m wide and up to 60mm thick: a table with no joins.
Other species on request. Finishes include hard-wearing matt Rubio Monocoat Pure and a mirror-like Osmo high gloss, with an optional resin river in the colour of your choice.
