Good to know
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Every piece is cut from natural timber, so grain, knots, burrs and colour vary from one to the next. That character is part of what makes live-edge furniture special.
Can you make it to a different size?
Yes. Most of our furniture is made to order, so tell us the size, timber and finish you have in mind and we will quote for it.
How is it delivered?
Small items are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and larger pieces by private courier. Delivery times depend on whether an item is in stock or made to order, and we confirm them when you order.
Can I return it?
Items advertised as in stock can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Pieces made to order or to your measurements are custom-made, so they cannot be returned unless faulty. Our policies page has the details.
